Why Soul - Based Self Marketing Is the Key

A new era of self-conscious humans is on the rise, young talents, hungry souls with a lot of questions on their mind, who cannot be satisfied by the mundane knowledge and daily grind lurking in the shadows of the modern workplace.

They search for something different, something more satisfying, something they can hardly put their finger on, but dearly require for their own growth and deep understanding of their purpose as well as meaning of life.
In all of the years of my work as a coach for young people who lacked direction it never ceased to amaze me that oftentimes precisely these people would give the most empathetic answers when asked for their true goals or wishes.
Society at large pushes certain narratives on their youth, certain dreams they are expected to follow, certain mandates, certain cultural obligations, certain political criteria, the list is endless.
As soon as these views and perspectives are being challenged, it gets quite interesting.


One way to find out what clients really want can result in asking them how they would arrange their life and lifestyle if they NEVER had to work again, if they inherited or won in the lottery, a sum so big they could never spend their whole life. At first they will struggle, so deeply hurt is their self value that they cannot even IMAGINE being lucky and rich, but with some patience and openness they will softly admit their dreams.


And those dreams have little to do with their parents´expectations, their school grades, their intelligence or their abilities, those dreams resemble their soul purpose, the childlike AWE most of us have forgotten.

I was deeply moved by the answers I got and fundamentally shaken by the familiarity of their desires, namely to raise, build, earn, collect, design, create, breathe, live and enjoy soulful, playful and humble experiences, often with humanitarian purposes.
Their dreams were creative, full of heartfelt empathy and pure.
The little girl who wanted to build an orphanage comes alive, the little boy, who wanted to explore new life as a space engineer a long time ago, all their stifled dreams they had been told were fairy tales.
So they went and studied subjects they hated, built relationships with partners to make their families happy but which left them unfulfilled, they fell out of their studies and out of their social circles only to realize they had been fooled.


Never believe the hype around money, it is just an energetic current which can be manipulated, best known by those in charge, who make you buy liabilities while they invest in assets first.


Never believe that choosing a vocation must be validated by anyone else but YOU.


This is why I believe in and firmly recommend soul-based self marketing. You need to feel into what truly fulfills you, what makes your heart beat, what it is that sets you apart, what makes you stand out, what makes you unique.


Once you can dream about it, you can do it.

Why the Perfect Partner Is an Illusion: You Are Never Fully Healed

One lazy morning and a freshly broken heart while browsing the internet is oftentimes enough to fall prey to the ever rising rate of self - promoted healers, licensed therapists, lightworkers and other spiritual staff, who claim that after booking their sessions your fully healed self will automatically attract the right partner with whom you will live in eternal loving peace. Whereas it is surely beneficial to know about our own worst fears and triggers to create and maintain at least the foundation of a healthy relationship, even your best version will STILL be triggered by their best version and even when you keep the balance within, shadow work will always be required. This is a lifelong, inevitable process when you want to achieve the goals of your soul. Shadows and other, unhealed issues, even smaller ones as well as energetic disturbances need not necessarily be shown in relationship complications directly, they can manifest themselves in physical weaknesses which then later drown the relationship in sorrows, debts or other challenges, sometimes the beloved partner is already so exhausted from life that they leave by death, not because of cheating or incompatibility. Still, they left you, even if it is hard to admit. Your partner is gone and death is the one and only competitor who you stand no chance against. Brace yourself: WE ARE ALL JUST VISITORS in each other´s life and can be gone by tomorrow. Cherish the moments and learn to enjoy each other more than you fight, yet have an eye on those shadows and keep them in check. Challenge yourself daily by changing your perspective.

Survival Instinct vs. Empathy: How Contradictory Expectations Fragment the Male Psyche

He shall be a headstrong, fearless leader, a rock in stormy times, a fulltime provider, a soft - hearted hero, yet always ready to attack and defend himself, his woman and family, futile to his enemies, yet gentle, loving and tender at home. He shall lead, take responsibility, be an excellent lover, be in his healthy masculine, the solid warrior, like a symbol emerging from the flames of a hellish apocalypse he just survived, his blood and body fueled with testosterone. The same man is supposed to be gentle and kind at the same second to anyone weaker and be a supreme, caring partner to his woman. Nobody even seems to see the contradiction within: It is virtually physically IMPOSSIBLE to be in survival mode and highly empathic at the same time, since the bodily and mental conditions of both states contradict each other.
